YOGA CLASSES

Coming soon: new beginners’ yoga class

DETAILS

This class will assume no prior experience, and will build the foundations of yoga practice over the first year of meeting.

There will be an initial block of three classes which will give you a chance to experience my teaching and see if it suits you.

COSTS

The initial block of three classes is £30.

Subsequent classes will be charged in blocks for each five or six week block, payable in advance, by BACS.

No refunds can be given should you be unable to make a class in a block, as places cannot be offered to another person if you are unable to attend.

WHAT TO WEAR

Loose comfortable clothing. The hall is warm so layers are a good idea. We practise yoga in bare feet.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Yoga mat

Warm cosy blanket – big enough to cover you from head to toe lying down!

Foam yoga block(s) – contact me for more information.

I’ll introduce you to other equipment you might find helpful as we go along.

Places will be limited so pre-booking is essential. I will need to ask you to fill in a health questionnaire before the class starts, so it is important to be in touch before deciding to come along.

WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON CLASS

FOR more experienced yogis….

This class runs on a Wednesday afternoon from 2pm to 3.30pm, and is for students with some prior suitable experience. This class is currently full.
